A convertible Aston Martin Vanquish to start spring
Aston Martin lifted the veil on a new convertible livery from its Vanquish standard bearer coupe. By means of her inimitable V12 and her exquisite dress, she celebrates the 60th anniversary of the flying line which designates the great discoverable coupes of the British brand from the DB5.
With a large grace with its long sculpted hood and its ovoid stern, this news born has a cavalry of no less than 824 hp produced by a V12 of 5.2 l twinbo. Its ZF automatic transmission (8 reports) is responsible for channeling everything from the rear axle with an electronic limited sliding differential. The tip is reached at 345 km/h, which should be slightly breathtaking if the roof is lowered.

Rather light, the latter increases the weight only 95 kg and only takes 14 s to open and 16 s to recover. Seeking to dispel questions often associated with convertibles, Aston Martin says that lateral rigidity has been increased by 75 % compared to the flying DB11. The resistance of the platform made of aluminum is very close to that of the cut variant of the vanquish, it is said.

Bilstein DTX adaptive shock absorbers specifically adjusted for the distribution of the weight of this flying is also used. A very nice creation whose first copies will be produced in the summer.
